About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee security services at a client facility in Saginaw, Texas. The role involves supervising daily security operations, supporting staffing and administrative processes, maintaining relationships with the client and employees, responding to incidents, and helping protect people and property. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available; specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process. The hourly wage is $30. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with no Restriction B.
Have previous supervisory experience.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Have a state license if required.
Complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Integrate GardaWorld Security core values throughout business practices.
Supervise day-to-day security services at the facility and ensure service meets a high standard.
Assist with developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the client and employees, serving as liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff.
React quickly to threats or incidents.
Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
Document incidents and actions taken.
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
