About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee security services at a client facility in Whitney, Texas. The supervisor will help ensure high-quality service, support staffing and reporting, maintain effective relationships with the client and employees, and respond to security threats and incidents. The role requires the ability to observe the environment, anticipate risks, and take appropriate action. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available; specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license; no Restriction B is required.
Previous supervisor experience is required.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Have a state license if required.
Complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure GardaWorld Security core values are integrated throughout business practices.
Supervise day-to-day security services at the facility and ensure they meet a high standard.
Assist with developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
Maintain effective relationships with the client and employees and serve as liaison between GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff.
React quickly to threats or incidents.
Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
Document incidents and actions taken.
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
