About The Position

The AMG Site Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of daily medical office operations and serves as a resource for patients, families, providers, and team members. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills to support quality patient care, effective office workflows, and a positive patient experience.

The Site Supervisor fosters collaboration, addresses operational challenges, resolves conflicts, and ensures compliance with established Adams Health and Adams Medical Group policies, procedures, and protocols. The role also identifies process-improvement opportunities and supports efficient, high-quality services aligned with the organization's mission and vision.

Requirements

• Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a physician practice or medical office setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and physician practice operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
