Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related field
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-call environment

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems
• Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools and dashboards
• Respond to and resolve incidents, conducting thorough post-mortems and root cause analyses
• Develop and implement automation to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with development teams to define and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes across environments
• Contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
