About The Position

As a Site Quality Installation Inspector with Linxon, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex construction and infrastructure projects from initial installation through final acceptance and commissioning. You will serve as a key quality authority on site, overseeing electrical, mechanical, and civil installation activities to ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in full compliance with approved Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with construction teams, engineering, client representatives, and third-party inspectors to uphold the highest standards of workmanship, quality assurance, and operational excellence. You will proactively identify risks, resolve quality concerns, and drive continuous compliance throughout all phases of construction while supporting project milestones, commissioning readiness, and successful client turnover. From project start through completion, you will be instrumental in maintaining quality integrity, ensuring installation accuracy, and contributing to the overall success and reliability of critical utility and substation infrastructure projects.
