Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering projects safely from start through closeout in a regulated environment.
  • Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance and safety leadership.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve on-time and on-budget results.
  • Experience managing full project lifecycle responsibilities, including planning, execution, and handover.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Experience managing project scope, change control, and associated commercial impacts.
  • Demonstrated ownership of project financials, including P&L, forecasting, and cash flow.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to improve project outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with subcontractors and supply chain partners.
  • Ability to travel and maintain an on-site presence during construction phases as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the safe and compliant delivery of projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover, ensuring full adherence to Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality standards.
  • Embed and actively promote a “Work Safe, Home Safe, Zero Harm” culture across all project phases.
  • Direct, support, and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve safe, efficient, and on-schedule execution.
  • Establish and maintain transparent communication with internal teams, customers, and partners.
  • Contribute project management expertise during the bid and order-pursuit phase.
  • Secure and optimize resources while applying formal project controls to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and changes.
  • Manage scope changes and associated commercial impacts.
  • Drive strict compliance with all Linxon processes and procedures.
  • Prepare, maintain, and present accurate internal and contractual reports.
  • Act as the senior customer interface across all project stages.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Maintain rigorous financial oversight, including P&L ownership, cost control, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Deliver projects that achieve key performance indicators related to safety, quality, financial performance, schedule adherence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Linxon’s strategic objectives.
  • Support effective collaboration and synergies across internal functions, customers, and supply chain partners.
  • Travel as required and maintain a strong on-site presence during the construction phase.
