We're partnering confidentially with a leading Canadian infrastructure manufacturer to hire a Project Manager who thrives on managing complex, high-value projects from concept through completion. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a major infrastructure program, coordinating multiple concurrent bridge and structural projects while working alongside engineering, manufacturing, procurement, construction, and executive leadership. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience delivering projects within construction, structural steel, manufacturing, engineered products, infrastructure, or heavy industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and change management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • PMP certification or progress toward designation
  • Experience reading technical drawings and engineering specifications
  • ERP, CRM, or project management software experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple infrastructure projects from contract award through fabrication, delivery, installation, and closeout
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate communication between Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, Finance, and Installation teams
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks
  • Manage scope changes, budgets, schedules, and contract requirements
  • Resolve technical and commercial issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Prepare project status updates and executive reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve project execution, communication, and delivery processes
  • Support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of future infrastructure programs
