About The Position

The MCS Group, Inc. is hiring a high-energy, Site Print and Mail Lead for an immediate full-time opening. This role requires an individual with printing experience, primarily using Fiery software, while actively supporting daily office services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of (5) years related experience + three (3) years of management experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of print production & mail center operations
  • Ability to analyze data and develop reports
  • Problem-solve, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including procedural writing and creation.
  • Proficient in project management, analytics, organization, and strategic and critical thinking
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgment and ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Print Center and Mail Center functions.
  • Manage daily print production and mail processing activities.
  • Review and prioritize print requests to meet deadlines.
  • Perform print production and finishing services such as: Cutting, Binding and Laminating
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor service calls.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain production logs and tracking records.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and service issues.
  • Supervise all MCS employees assigned to the client location.
  • Provide direction, establish expectations, and maintain performance standards.
  • Hold team members accountable for productivity and service quality.
  • Foster a professional, safe, and customer-focused work environment.
  • Serve as the primary management contact for customers and client representatives.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues.
  • Communicate regularly with client contacts.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and replenish print and mail supplies.
  • Conduct inventory management.
  • Review mail distribution issues.
  • Manage postage funding and account balances.
  • Review and approve employee timesheets.
  • Prepare billing and production reports.
  • Track print volumes, copier meter reads, and operational metrics.
  • Enter production data into company reporting systems.
  • Document cost-savings initiatives.
  • Complete required training.
  • Participate in client business reviews.
  • Review chargeback and operational costs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
