Whether you're coordinating event logistics, assisting guests, or managing equipment, your dedication and attention to detail will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of leadership experience required
  • Excellent communication, time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and/or holidays
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Manages the workflow of employees, creates team schedules, and delegates tasks
  • Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
  • Analyzes complex situations and establishes a positive outcome for customers
  • Acts as a liaison between the park and their guests to resolve concerns
  • Maintains a clean and orderly area around assigned locations by removal of spills and debris
  • Assists with the repairs and maintenance of the amusement, mobility and locker products within the parks, including strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, lockers, arcade machines, and other allied equipment
  • Monitor operations throughout the company and look for ways to increase productivity and lower costs
  • Prepares reports as requested by management
  • Proactively combats loss prevention, partners with security and loss prevention on implementing stringent loss prevention measures
  • Performs other duties as assigned
