About The Position

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Site Materials Associate for its West Memphis, Arkansas location. The role predominantly performs warehouse duties, including accurately picking customer orders and staging finished products, and makes deliveries as needed. The position reports to the Site Material Manager.

Requirements

• Valid Class D driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Organization and scheduling skills.
• Ability to handle complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain safety management requirements.
• Ability to assist in maintaining inventory control.
• A “Can Do” team-player attitude.
• High school diploma or associate’s degree.

Nice To Haves

• 12–18 months of warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of products are loaded and shipped.
• Maintain acceptable efficiency rates for both the quantity of products pulled and order accuracy.
• Maintain bin and shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clear of debris and products organized on shelves.
• Safely and efficiently operate material-handling equipment as required.
• Maintain material-handling equipment by reporting damage or malfunctions and connecting batteries to the recharging station at the end of the shift.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver materials to customers.
• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms using material-handling equipment, ensuring orders are properly staged.
