About The Position

Noble Community Clinics is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of their multidisciplinary clinics while creating an exceptional experience for both patients and employees. As a Site Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient clinic operations, supporting staff development, driving quality improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture centered on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Noble Community Clinics is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to improving access to high-quality, integrated healthcare throughout Wisconsin. Requirements

  • Three (3) or more years of management experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead, coach, mentor, and develop employees.
  • Ability to manage multiple healthcare service lines while maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
  • Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed and occasionally outside the service area.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant leadership experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
  • Coordinate clinic workflows, staffing, and daily operational priorities.
  • Support organizational initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service.
  • Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop clinic staff.
  • Create and manage staff schedules while monitoring staffing needs.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing employee development.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Champion patient-centered care and service excellence initiatives.
  • Support AIDET observations, patient rounding, and service recovery efforts.
  • Address patient concerns and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and access.
  • Help create an outstanding experience for every patient, every visit.
  • Oversee payroll processes and operational resource utilization.
  • Monitor expenses, supplies, equipment, and site resources.
  • Support achievement of operational and financial goals through responsible stewardship.
  • Monitor clinic performance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, DHS, VFC, and organizational policies.
  • Promote a safe, compliant, and secure healthcare environment.
  • Partner with providers, clinical leaders, and support departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Serve as a resource for operational questions and service-related concerns.
  • Build strong relationships across departments and promote effective communication.
