The Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, preparing schedules for service personnel, and inspecting the physical condition of establishments for program compliance. The Site Manager will also manage inventories, investigate new equipment and methods, and address customer service requests. They will implement organization policies, analyze budget requests, and assist in promoting services to develop new markets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating program specifications, assisting with plans and budgets for modifications, and ensuring sites meet budget goals. The Site Manager will also help develop long-range plans, coordinate program specifications for proposals and contracts, compile data for estimates, and maintain financial reports. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Site Manager will direct supervisory management, act as a liaison between various parties, maintain contract databases, and review correspondence concerning contractors. They will establish and maintain contact with contractors and conduct meetings to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees. Assisting with human resource concerns and issues is also part of the responsibilities. Some travel is required for this position.
