About The Position

Heartwood Residential Design + Build is hiring an on-site Site Manager for residential remodeling projects in Silicon Valley. This hands-on field role focuses on keeping active jobsites clean, protected, organized, and ready for upcoming work; coordinating site access, materials, deliveries, and day-to-day logistics; documenting field conditions; and identifying concerns early. The Site Manager helps trade partners get started under the Project Lead’s direction, maintains professional jobsite standards with trades, clients, neighbors, and visitors, and provides the Project Lead with clear, reliable updates. The role requires consistent visits to assigned sites, planning ahead as conditions change, taking initiative on routine site matters, and maintaining useful photos and accurate daily field records in Buildertrend. The Site Manager works closely with the Project Lead and brings scope, technical, schedule, and client questions to them promptly. The position reports to the Project Lead and may grow over time to include broader Project Lead responsibilities, such as scheduling, financial controls, trade coordination, and client meetings.
