About The Position
Trellis Management is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 96-unit apartment community in St. Paul. The community uses a Project-Based Section 8/42 and Tax Credit combination. The Site Manager will help ensure residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live and will work with client services and a diverse resident population, including people experiencing long-term homelessness and people with disabilities. Bilingual English and Somali skills are helpful.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of property management experience, including leasing, staff supervision, working with service providers, long-term homeless populations, and Coordinated Entry.
- Excellent customer service, administrative, clerical, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

- Yardi and Rent Café experience.
- Bilingual English and Somali skills.
Responsibilities
- Receive and deposit rent payments and initiate late-rent notices.
- Monitor staff performance and approve timecards.
- Market the property and guide applicants from tours through move-in.
- Process paperwork in accordance with subsidy programs.
- Oversee the property to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
