The Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, preparing schedules for service personnel, and assigning personnel to routes. The Site Manager will also inspect and evaluate the physical condition of establishments for program compliance, audit and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment, and investigate new and improved equipment and methods. Additionally, they will review customer requests for service, implement organization policies and goals, analyze budget requests, and assist in promoting services to develop new markets. The role includes inspecting plants, evaluating space and facilities, assisting with modifications, ensuring sites meet budget goals, and developing long-range plans. Coordination of program specifications, proposal requirements, and contracts is also a key responsibility, along with compiling data for estimates and maintaining financial reports. Ensuring a safe work environment, compliance with regulations, and acting as a liaison between various parties are crucial. The Site Manager will also assist with human resource concerns and conduct meetings to ensure consistent communication. Some travel is required.
