About The Position
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing operations on a daily basis to ensure work is getting done to the right quality standards. The Site Manager will monitor progress, ensure work compiles with legal requirements, establish deadlines, oversee daily operations and delivery of materials, carry out safety checks, approve project plans, adhere to departmental budgets, resolve problems that could hold up work, and make safety inspections. This role also works to grow the terminal.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associates degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in a project-based work site
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to plan work well
- Must have a valid CDL
Nice To Haves
- Certified Construction Manager (CMM) preferred
