Requirements
- Extensive plumbing experience required
- NYC plumbing experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing private custom home projects preferred
- Previous site management or construction supervision experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on active plumbing and construction job sites
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Monitor quality of workmanship and maintain high construction standards
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and vendors
- Identify and resolve job site issues efficiently
- Track project progress and maintain accurate site documentation
- Order and coordinate materials as needed
