About The Position

The Site Manager / Safety & Quality Control Manager serves as the primary onsite point of contact responsible for overall management, supervision, safety compliance, quality control, scheduling, and operational performance for a secure federal facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program supporting a mission-critical federal engineering campus in Northern Virginia. This position oversees daily operations involving HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, generators, UPS systems, plumbing, BAS/DDC controls, locksmithing, carpentry, fire alarm systems, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and service call management across multiple secure facilities. The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring contract compliance, maintaining operational readiness, supporting continuity of operations, and ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable federal, state, Army, and industry standards. The Site Manager manages onsite personnel and subcontractors, coordinates directly with Government representatives, oversees CMMS work management activities utilizing Maximo/FEM systems, and ensures timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance requirements within a secure TS/SCI environment.

Requirements

  • Experience managing secure federal facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) program.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, generators, UPS systems, plumbing, BAS/DDC controls, locksmithing, carpentry, fire alarm systems.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance, emergency response, and service call management.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, Army, and industry standards.
  • Experience managing onsite personnel and subcontractors.
  • Experience coordinating with Government representatives.
  • Proficiency in CMMS work management activities utilizing Maximo/FEM systems.
  • Experience working within a secure TS/SCI environment.
