About The Position

Provides supervision of Line, Corrosion Control, Tool Room and Aircraft Organizational Level maintenance support on H-1, V-22 and CH-53K aircraft in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements. This role serves as the Senior On-Site Supervisor supporting H-1, V-22 and CH-53K aircraft.

Requirements

8+ years Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) experience
5+ years as Maintenance Officer, Senior Maintenance NCO or equivalent civilian management experience responsible for NAMP
4+ years H-1, V-22, CH-53K or similar aircraft maintenance experience
Secret clearance required
CAC required

Responsibilities

Performs duties as primary interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports
Manage day-to-day operations of Contract Field Team
Perform as primary interface with Corporate Program Management
Document and submitting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
Perform as primary interface with Corporate Director of Quality submitting required reports
Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs
Submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Weekly Activity Report, Payroll, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
Provides local oversight of Quality Management System (QMS), training and safety programs
Accountable for assigned Company Owned Property, Government Furnished Property, and Government Furnished Equipment.
Documents work performed on appropriate forms, electronic database and definitive sheets, as required.
