About The Position

The Medical Group of ChristianaCare is looking for a Site Manager to cover Primary Care at Lantana Square and Primary Care at Linden Hill. The Site Manager will oversee ambulatory practice support staff and ensure compliance with daily workflows and clinic operations. The Site Manager will provide front-line leadership, guidance, and problem-solving, serving as the primary point of accountability when expectations are not met. In this role, The Site Manager will support team members in delivering high-quality patient care. The typical scope includes managing 1–3 clinics with 20 or more caregivers. Primary Care at Lantana Square provides comprehensive family medicine for patients of all ages. Primary Care at Linden Hill provides comprehensive medical services for adults and children.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • 2 years of office practice experience required.
  • Proven change leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and team-building abilities.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Ability to create a sense of shared ownership and accountability within the team.
  • Ability to manage physician practice communication and work processes independently.
  • Ability to adjust to changing workloads.
  • Knowledge of organizational policies and practices.
  • Adept at directing people of diverse backgrounds and responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ambulatory practice support staff and ensure compliance with daily workflows and clinic operations.
  • Provide front-line leadership, guidance, and problem-solving.
  • Support team members in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding activities of ambulatory practice caregivers.
  • Conduct check-ins and annual performance evaluations.
  • Provide on-site support for daily problem-solving.
  • Ensure clinic staffing is in place to support activities and services.
  • Monitor and coach front desk caregivers and non-provider caregivers to ensure standard operating procedures and workflows are followed.
  • Conduct daily charge and cash reconciliations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain supply levels.
  • Plan and lead monthly clinic meetings with non-provider caregivers.
  • Supervise and train non-provider caregivers on daily cash handling and copay collections.
  • Approve caregiver timecards.
  • Adhere to departmental safety rules.
  • Report any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations to the supervisor.
