About The Position

OnTrac is hiring an onsite Site Leader for its operational facility in Harriman, New York. The Site Leader leads, manages, and develops a high-performing team; drives operational excellence; oversees daily labor planning and sort operations; promotes safety; manages relationships and performance with Contracted Service Providers (RSPs); and maintains a visible leadership presence on the operational floor. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., but may require a flexible schedule.

Requirements

GED or diploma required.
Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation, or less experience if the candidate has a college degree.
At least three years of experience managing people, including one year in a similar industry.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback.
Basic spoken and written English proficiency to understand safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
Analyze KPIs, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and labor standards.
Oversee daily labor planning and sort operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure resource alignment.
Champion a culture of safety and ensure adherence to protocols such as dock safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
Build strong relationships with Contracted Service Providers (RSPs), manage contractual performance, and facilitate clear, ongoing communication.
Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor, ensuring operational readiness, materials availability, and continuous process efficiency.
