About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Part Time Driver for a non-CDL local driving position based at Stewart International Airport in New Windsor, New York. The Driver transports vehicles and, in some instances, customers, employees, or vendors safely and on time to the appropriate destinations while providing helpful, courteous, and professional customer service. The role involves driving multiple new-model cars and vans to and from rental locations, locally or out of area as needed, and navigating written directions.

The starting rate is $17.60 per hour. Employees may earn yearly merit increases based on performance. The schedule requires working two full days per week, on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 30-minute break. The position is located at 1130 1ST ST, New Windsor, NY 12553-8431 (Stewart International Airport).

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Live within a reasonable commute of no more than one hour from the location.
• At least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience, or college/university attendance.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle, which is an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

• Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations.
• Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed while following all rules of the road.
• Deliver customers and vehicles safely and courteously to the appropriate destinations.
• Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
• Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
• Clean vehicles when asked.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
