Site Lead (Australia) _TS/SCI with Polygraph

General Dynamics Information Technology
•$153,000 - $207,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Site Lead has overall responsibility for successful day-to-day operations at an overseas site, including implementing procedures and controls, planning and directing program execution, and monitoring and reporting progress. The role is responsible for the quality and efficiency of daily operations, deliverables, and customer support across technical issues and business processes. It involves supervising program operations and directing technical requirements, including Tier 3 Ground Terminal (GT) and IT engineering and sustainment work. The Site Lead performs and coordinates advanced GT antenna and system sustainment, including root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, repairs, configuration changes, baseline documentation, calibration, and long-term performance analysis. The position coordinates with Government stakeholders for approval of configuration changes and purchases, replenishes spares, identifies obsolete equipment, and escalates issues to vendors or higher-tier support when needed. The role also augments Tier 2 support for software and hardware anomalies, maintains continuity-of-operations readiness, and provides input to systems engineering and integration activities. This is a full-time, onsite position at a Government facility in an international location. It requires a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S. citizenship. The position includes 10–25% travel and 40 scheduled weekly hours.
