•$153,000 - $207,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Site Lead has overall responsibility for successful day-to-day operations at an OCONUS site, including implementing procedures and controls, planning and directing program execution, and monitoring and reporting progress. The role is responsible for the quality and efficiency of daily operations, deliverables, and customer support across technical issues and business processes. It directs program execution of technical requirements, including Tier 3 (T3) Ground Terminal (GT) and IT engineering and sustainment activities. The position performs advanced GT antenna sustainment, including root-cause analysis, repairs, documentation updates, calibration, performance analysis, spares management, and replacement recommendations. It develops, tests, verifies, and distributes configuration changes; coordinates customer approval for insertion into the operational baseline; and maintains system specifications, interface-control documents, and other baseline documentation. The Site Lead also supports software and hardware anomaly resolution, COOP readiness, and systems engineering and integration activities. The role is full-time and onsite at a government facility in an international location, with 10–25% travel required.
