About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Site Lead to oversee cleaning operations at a luxury automotive dealership in Dublin, Ohio. The Site Lead helps maintain a spotless, professional environment by supporting team members, leading by example, and ensuring cleaning standards are consistently met.

The position works Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, for 40 hours per week, with weekends off. The Site Lead reports to the Area Manager. Clean Team Inc. is a family-owned commercial cleaning company serving businesses and facilities throughout the Midwest and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and help guide a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Must pass the required background check.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and assist with daily cleaning duties.
• Ensure the facility is clean, presentable, and maintained to high standards.
• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, showrooms, and common areas as assigned.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
• Empty trash and restock supplies.
• Monitor cleaning quality and address areas needing additional attention.
• Help organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicate staffing, supply, and facility concerns to the Area Manager.
• Support team members and reinforce company cleaning procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a professional presence on-site.
