FT Cleaning Lead
About The Position
Clean Team is hiring a full-time Site Lead to help oversee commercial cleaning operations in Twinsburg, Ohio. The role helps ensure daily cleaning responsibilities are completed correctly and efficiently while providing guidance and support to assigned team members. The Site Lead is expected to lead by example, communicate effectively, and deliver consistent, high-quality service. The position is based at 8499 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekends off. Paid training is provided. Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and management.
- Willingness to assist with cleaning duties while supporting the team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow written instructions and established cleaning procedures.
- Reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Leadership or team coordination experience is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily cleaning assignments and priorities.
- Provide direction and assistance to cleaning team members.
- Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and designated common areas.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain hard-surface floors.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces.
- Empty trash containers and replace liners.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms.
- Restock paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies.
- Monitor cleaning quality and address areas requiring additional attention.
- Report maintenance concerns, equipment issues, and supply shortages.
- Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures.
- Follow company safety standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Communicate staffing or service concerns to management.
- Help ensure designated work areas are properly maintained throughout the shift.
