About The Position

Clean Team is hiring an evening team lead to support its Cleveland/Akron-area commercial cleaning operations. The position combines hands-on cleaning work with day-to-day communication, guidance, and attention to assigned schedules. Assignments may cover more than one location in the designated service area; exact reporting details will be confirmed during hiring. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, in the Akron, Ohio area.

Clean Team provides job-specific instruction, established cleaning procedures, and team support. The employee will be given the general schedule and responsibilities for the assigned location, with site assignments, training, and outstanding scheduling details explained during the hiring process.

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience and the ability to guide coworkers are strongly preferred.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift.
• Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned cleaning duties and help teammates when needed.
• Review daily work assignments and site-specific checklists.
• Help train new employees on cleaning methods and safety practices.
• Check completed areas for quality and follow up on missed tasks.
• Communicate supply needs, staffing issues, and maintenance concerns.
• Support safe use and proper storage of cleaning equipment.
• Help ensure assigned areas are secured according to site instructions.
