In this role, you'll support our Detroit Lakes headquarters, our Longmont, CO location, and remote team members across the U.S. You'll be the connector-the bridge between leaders, team members, and our Life's Better Department-making sure our culture, compliance, and people practices all move in the same direction. You'll partner side-by-side with leaders to solve problems, support growth, and ensure our culture shows up in the moments that matter. You won't be doing this work on an island. You're part of an army of problem solvers in the Life's Better Department, working alongside teammates who bring deep expertise across Employee Relations, Benefits & Leave, and Employee Experience (Culture). Together, you support leaders and team members-combining day-to-day partnership with specialized expertise to navigate challenges, build consistency, and bring solutions to life in a way that fits the business. A big part of this role is bringing great people into Lakeshirts. You'll lead hiring efforts and shape a candidate experience that reflects who we are from the very first interaction. You'll coach leaders, support employee relations needs, and help navigate both everyday questions and more complex situations with a people-first mindset. You'll stay close to what's happening across the business, helping identify patterns, strengthen teams, and keep things moving in the right direction. This role is also about keeping our culture strong and connected. You'll help bring our values to life across locations and remote teams, support engagement efforts, and contribute to how we grow our people through feedback, development, and continuous improvement. Along the way, you'll partner closely with your Life's Better teammates to ensure consistent, thoughtful support across the employee experience. This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility needed to support multiple shifts and time zones.
