About The Position

As a Site General Manager at GO Car Wash, you are responsible for all aspects of operating a car wash, with support from regional and central teams. You manage and continuously improve the facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service, and safety at your site. You help ensure that you, your team, and the site provide customers with a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience, and address customer complaints.

You hire, train, coach, manage, and develop a team in line with company standards and values, while creating a culture that engages Teammates. The role offers an active, outdoor workplace and opportunities to grow your career and develop transferable work and life skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of management experience, ideally in a service-related business.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage people.
• Ability to manage time, work, and a team across varying responsibilities.
• Ability to achieve financial and performance results through individual and team efforts.
• Ability to proactively and creatively solve operational, people, and profit challenges.
• Satisfactory criminal background check before hiring.
