About The Position

The Site Foreman manages roofing, siding, gutter, and window projects from material delivery through final walkthrough. The role ensures work matches the contract, maintains a clean and well-run job site, and keeps homeowners informed throughout the project. The foreman leads subcontractor crews, upholds quality and safety standards, and takes responsibility for job sites, crews, and homeowner communication. The position is based out of the West Hatfield office and involves working on sites across Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut.

Requirements

Experience supervising residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, and window installation.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
Experience leading crews or subcontractors.
Comfort working on ladders and roofs.
Clear, direct communication with homeowners.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Residential construction experience in roofing or exteriors.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

Serve as the homeowner's main point of contact from job start through the final walkthrough.
Lead subcontractor crews on site and hold them accountable for quality, timelines, and cleanup.
Inspect every job using start, progress, and completion checklists.
Enforce OSHA safety standards on every job site.
Communicate scope changes, hidden damage, and delays early, and document change orders.
Coordinate materials, dumpsters, and crew schedules with the production team.
Keep job records current in the CRM, including photos, notes, and checklists.
