About The Position

The Site Engineer delivers XYZ Reality’s core service on construction projects by tracking construction progress against BIM models, performing on-site quality inspections, and submitting findings to clients through the XYZ platform. The role is suited to people with practical construction experience who can quickly learn XYZ Reality’s technology and workflows. It is a permanent role, with ongoing assignments subject to project availability and the candidate’s flexibility to travel or relocate. The role is based on-site and offers a competitive salary based on a 40-hour week.

Requirements

Experience working on construction sites.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Comfort working with digital tools and software platforms.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Suite.
Must have a clean criminal record and be willing to undergo background checks and drug tests due to project security requirements.
Flexibility to travel or relocate, subject to project availability.

Responsibilities

Track construction progress against BIM models using XYZ’s Augmented Reality Device, The Atom.
Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform.
Submit QA issues to the client daily.
Ensure work quality follows outlined workflows and standards.
Maintain high data accuracy and reporting standards.
Collaborate with other engineers on-site to ensure full project coverage.
Support the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.
