About The Position

Sano Genetics is hiring a Site Engagement Lead to serve as the primary point of contact between Sano Genetics, sponsors and/or CROs, and clinical trial and referring sites. The role combines day-to-day site engagement operations with building a strategic, scalable network of referring sites that can support recruitment across multiple programmes and therapeutic areas. The position is fully remote in the United States, limited to candidates in CA, IL, MA, MO, NJ, NY, NC, PA, or TX. The listed salary range is $70,000 to $88,000. The Site Engagement Lead will identify, assess, segment, and develop partner sites; build lasting relationships with investigators and site staff; and design consistent onboarding, training, engagement, and feedback processes. The role also supports study set-up through protocol review, patient journey mapping, patient profiling, and questionnaire development. It promotes adoption of Sano’s platform and HCP-facing functionality, develops site engagement materials with the design team, monitors site and recruitment performance, and provides insights to sites and sponsors. The role includes contacting eligible patients through the Sano platform for secondary pre-screening and connecting them with sites, coordinating site materials, and supporting study delivery in collaboration with project, product, recruitment, and engagement colleagues. Patient interactions and recruitment activities must follow GCP and HIPAA/data privacy standards. Travel is expected for site visits and investigator meetings. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK or USA for the specific role; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

  • Confidence demonstrating digital tools to HCPs and driving product adoption and utilisation among clinical users.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and continuous optimisation of recruitment channels.
  • Ability to develop a site network strategy across a portfolio rather than focusing only on individual studies.
  • Experience designing feedback processes and using data to drive improvements.
  • Experience with budget management and recruitment funnel development.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing stakeholder requests.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills across complex projects.
