About The Position

At High Point & Affiliated Organizations, our work is rooted in compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to the communities we serve. We support individuals and families affected by substance use disorders and mental illness through a full continuum of care across Southeastern Massachusetts, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based programs. As we prepare to open our new Hyannis facility in October 2026, we are excited to welcome a thoughtful, experienced leader to help bring this vision to life. This is a unique opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up—supporting clinical excellence, guiding a dedicated team, and expanding access to care in the community. In this role, you will help create a welcoming, well-run outpatient environment where staff can do their best work and clients can access high-quality, compassionate care. This leadership role also will support direct client care during opening and building the clinical team, ongoing direct client care with an appropriate caseload. Report directly to the COO.
