About The Position

The Site Director OPC oversees care delivery and manages Sandstone’s PHP, IOP, and other outpatient treatment programs. Responsible for the facility's success, the achievement of annual quality and financial goals, and implementation of policies. Responsibilities also include administrative and clinical supervision of all direct care staff. This role recruits and hires treatment staff, verifies professional credentials, manages peer review processes to improve clinical practices, and provides direct client services as needed. Occasional evenings and weekends may be necessary.

Requirements

  • Licensed Practitioner in the state of Maryland (or outside state with the ability to transfer) is required (LPC, LCSW-C, or LMFT)
  • All staff must be CPR Certified prior to beginning employment
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders and co-occurring substance use disorders, including experience with evidence-based interventions and integrated care approaches
  • Candidate has a minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience and supervisory experience.
  • Candidates must have an understanding and experience with regulatory agency compliance (such as State regulations and the Join Commission) as well as program development

  • Preferred experience within higher levels of care, including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), residential treatment, and/or detoxification settings
