About The Position

HOKALI is seeking an organized, people-focused Site Coordinator to manage daily after-school operations at assigned Eastside Union School District school sites. The role oversees on-site programming, supervises staff, supports students, and serves as the main point of contact for school partners.

The Site Coordinator researches and implements youth-development best practices to create educational, safe, and engaging curricula aligned with HOKALI’s values of healthy living, environmental respect, and personal growth. The role manages site logistics, including scheduling, facility booking, transportation, budgets, equipment inventory, and records such as attendance, student progress, and incident reports.

The coordinator ensures compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, supervises the site until the final student is safely dismissed, and maintains risk-management standards. The role also recruits, trains, and supervises instructors, provides mentorship, resolves complex inquiries, and reports performance to the Area Manager.

The schedule includes a morning shift from 6:30 to 8:15 AM and afternoon shifts from 3:10 to 6:10 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and from 1:45 to 6:10 PM on Wednesday. Compensation is $35 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience working in schools or youth programs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability and willingness to complete required online training.

Responsibilities
