About The Position

We're looking for an experienced, people-centered leader to oversee the daily operations at our Gateway Integrated Health Home clinic, one of Copa Health's comprehensive outpatient clinics serving individuals with behavioral health and integrated healthcare needs. As the Site Administrator, you'll partner closely with the Clinical Director to lead the day-to-day operations of an outpatient Health Home. You'll be responsible for operational excellence, employee engagement, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and ensuring an outstanding experience for both members and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services.
- Valid Arizona Driver License with acceptable driving record.
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain within 8 weeks of hire).
- TB clearance at time of hire.

Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for assigned outpatient clinic(s).
- Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive operational performance through data-informed decision making.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, retention, and employee development.
- Monitor clinic operations, budgets, productivity, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with AHCCCS, ADHS, CARF, HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational standards.
- Partner with clinical leadership to improve quality, access, and member outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and recovery-oriented care.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal leaders, community partners, and external stakeholders.
