About The Position

C&W Services is the industry leader in cutting-edge maintenance and janitorial programs for facilities ranging from corporate office portfolios and manufacturing plants to large public venues—keeping our client’s facility running smoothly all the time. This role is responsible for maintaining asset inventory, office machines, and supplies, as well as performing payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions. The Site Administrator will work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures. This position may also involve Personnel Coordinator responsibilities for the site.

Requirements

  • Must develop and maintain a good working relationship with the customer and maintain customer confidence through effective communication, open rapport, and solid record of delivery on assignments.
  • Must have working experience with computers, including working proficiency using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Must possess the ability to work alone and prioritize tasks.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Background check and drug screen required.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. on occasion.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to climb flights of stairs.
  • Requires the operation of a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with JDE Oracle platform, SAP and accounting software.
  • Experience with employee engagement and coordination a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain asset inventory, office machines, and supplies.
  • Process payroll, including time cards, maintaining records, calculating pay, balancing hours, processing time edits and interim check requests, administering payroll changes, researching work orders, and performing data entry.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable ledgers, process and correct billing records, and perform credit and collection activities.
  • Perform non-routine, moderately complex accounts payable/receivable functions following established procedures.
  • Enter data from employee timesheets for all operations located in the Cargill facility.
  • May be responsible for Personnel Coordinator responsibilities for the site.
  • Decipher and process transactions.
  • Perform any and all tasks assigned by the responsible supervisor.
  • Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
  • Adhere to "Safety First" expectations, including PJHA process, observation process, and compliance with all company/site safety guidelines and procedures.
