About The Position

The Kidz Club is a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) facility, a specialized, medically supervised day program for children with complex medical needs. The Site Administrator Registered Nurse will own the day-to-day operational leadership of the site, including staffing, compliance, culture, and family experience. This role operates at the intersection of healthcare and people leadership, backed by a clinical director who handles nursing-specific oversight. It's a high-impact role where clinical background provides credibility and leadership skills drive operations.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 5+ years of administrative or healthcare management experience
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
• Strong operational instincts (budgets, scheduling, compliance, workflow)
• Genuine passion for pediatric care and serving medically complex children
• Exceptional communicator with families, staff, and external partners
• Good computer skills and comfort with learning electronic charting systems
• Current CPR (Basic Life Support) certification
