Requirements

  • One (1) year or more of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with employees, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence and reports, managing timecards, maintaining records, ordering office supplies, and supporting daily office operations.
  • Support site safety programs by assisting with risk assessments, safety audits, accident reporting, emergency action plans, safety training, and compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain maintenance documentation, including work orders, preventive maintenance records, labor tracking, invoices, equipment repair coordination, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Manage inventory and materials by issuing parts, tracking stock movement, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting materials management for site operations.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors while responding to requests, maintaining confidential information, and fostering positive working relationships.
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and performing additional duties as assigned.
