About The Position

This position is responsible for taking and filling parts orders from Maintenance techs, maintaining parts inventory, placing orders as required, working with vendors, researching and replacing obsolete parts as needed, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in the parts area.

Requirements

  • Computer literate including data entry, Word & Excel
  • Oral & written communication skills
  • Able to become highly knowledgeable of parts inventory
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain safety awareness in all tasks
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain correct inventory levels
  • Able to maintain good working relationships with all internal customers and with outside vendors
  • Warehouse experience including inventory management, and warehouse organization
  • Attention to detail for accurate record keeping
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments
