About The Position

The SIOP & Materials Management team is seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide support to the senior leadership team. This position serves as a key collaborative team member, assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of administrative tasks. This position is hybrid based in Charlotte, NC, and requires periodic onsite support. As the Office Manager, you will strengthen your technical, administrative, and operational skills, increasing proficiency in Microsoft Office, travel coordination, document management, time management, and project management skills. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with strong business acumen, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Zoom

Nice To Haves

  • Previous working experience supporting senior leaders
  • Ability to work independently to manage special assignments and initiatives
  • Experience with American Express Business and SAP Concur
  • Skilled in drafting and editing professional communications and presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to senior leaders within SIOP & Materials Management
  • Maintains calendars, schedule meetings and appointments
  • Makes business travel arrangements and process expenses in a timely manner
  • Organizes Quarterly townhall meetings, including support of scheduling, agenda creation, and material preparation in coordination with other leaders
  • Responsible for scheduling weekly staff meetings, preparing meeting minutes and tracking actions
  • Supports and coordinate leadership offsites, including providing logistical support to ensure smooth execution
  • Collaborates with admin peer group to support SIOP & Materials Management or Collins level event planning activities
  • Supports leadership and new team member onboarding activities including employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinates office activities and maintains office supplies inventory
