About The Position

Custom Concrete is hiring a Single Family Construction Account Manager for Northern Kentucky. The role focuses on managing client relationships, growing sales, preparing estimates, coordinating projects, reviewing blueprints, and supporting customers. The account manager serves as a trusted advisor to builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners, guiding projects from initial estimate through completion. Custom Concrete is an established company that has built foundations for homes and businesses since 1969.

Requirements

Sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, concrete, or related industries.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and close business.
Experience reviewing construction drawings, blueprints, or site plans.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of residential construction or concrete foundations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
Prepare and present project estimates and proposals.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to support successful project execution.
Conduct customer visits and jobsite walkthroughs.
Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
Serve as a trusted resource throughout the construction process.
