About The Position

Custom Concrete is seeking experienced, driven Single Family Construction Account Managers to help grow its business and build relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners. This role combines sales with client relationship management, estimating, project coordination, blueprint review, and customer support. The account manager serves as a trusted advisor and resource throughout the construction process, guiding projects from initial estimate through completion.

Requirements

Sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, concrete, or related industries.
Ability to build strong customer relationships and close business.
Experience reviewing construction drawings, blueprints, or site plans.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of residential construction or concrete foundations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
Prepare and present project estimates and proposals.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct customer visits and jobsite walkthroughs.
Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
Serve as a trusted resource throughout the construction process.
