This part-time position provides administrative coordination for the Sky Lakes Collaborative Health Center (CHC) Interprofessional Simulation Center. The role is responsible for coordinating scheduling, communications, and supporting day-to-day office operations to ensure efficient and organized use of the simulation and skills lab spaces and resources. The position serves as an initial point of contact for faculty, staff, and program partners, facilitating coordination of activities and maintaining accurate scheduling systems. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, supply inventory, supply ordering, and general administrative support for simulation-based education programs. This role works collaboratively with simulation and program staff to support operational needs, as appropriate.
