The Administrative Coordinator for Individual Giving serves as an operations and donor engagement partner supporting a comprehensive fundraising program that includes major gifts, annual giving, and planned giving. This position plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s philanthropic priorities by providing high-level administrative, and operational support to the Assistant Vice President and members of the Individual Giving team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, professionalism, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in support of complex fundraising initiatives and organizational goals.
