About The Position

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the administrative tasks within the warehouse.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations/warehouse
  • Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders (PO) to include receiving, put away, scanning, and uploading bulk products
  • Assist with inventory adjustments
  • Utilize customer platforms for order entry and shipment
  • Handling all inbound and outbound shipment paperwork
  • Laboratory testing and management of equipment
  • Tote and Iso Container tracking, labelling, birthing/rebirthing, and retirement/unretired
  • Process order receipts and completion
  • Credit memos
  • Daily bulk cycle count reconciliation
  • Scan and upload department documents into management system. Catalog and file appropriately
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, correspondence, reports, and presentations utilizing business software applications and department systems
  • Other Clerical/Operational tasks as deemed necessary
