About The Position

This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII Mission Technologies is seeking a SIGINT Intelligence Analyst (Intelligence Analyst 3-5) to provide analytic support to U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This position supports full-spectrum SIGINT exploitation, analysis, and reporting against high‑priority SOF intelligence requirements. The ideal candidate has experience with national and theater SIGINT systems, understands SOF operational intelligence needs, and can transform raw collection into actionable, multi‑INT fused intelligence products. You will work closely with SOF planners, collectors, and analysts to deliver timely SIGINT insights that directly support targeting, situational awareness, and operational decision‑making. This requisition is for a PROPOSAL effort.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly required.
  • 5+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in intelligence, national security, or a related field (or equivalent experience can be substituted for education).
  • Experience analyzing SIGINT in DoD, IC, or SOF environments.
  • Familiarity with SIGINT platforms and databases used for processing, exploitation, and reporting.
  • Experience producing SIGINT reports and fusing SIGINT with other intelligence disciplines.
  • Ability to brief SIGINT findings to planners, analysts, and decision makers.
  • Strong understanding of SIGINT collection methods, tradecraft, and analytic standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience supporting SOCOM, JSOC, or Service SOF components.
  • Experience applying SIGINT analysis to targeting, F3EAD, or time-sensitive operations.
  • Familiarity with ACCM/STO environments and SIGINT integration into special operations missions.
  • Experience conducting SIGINT fusion with GEOINT, HUMINT, and all-source analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Process, analyze, and exploit SIGINT from national, theater, and SOF-specific collection systems to support operational and strategic intelligence requirements.
  • Transform raw SIGINT collection (communications intelligence, electronic intelligence, data network intelligence) into actionable intelligence products for planners, operators, and commanders.
  • Conduct SIGINT analysis using IC‑standard tools, systems, and environments such as: NSANet and associated analytic suites, Real-time SIGINT platforms, IC reporting systems, SIGINT visualization tools, GEOINT/SIGINT fusion environments.
  • Perform analytic triage, signal characterization, pattern-of-life assessment, selectors analysis, and network discovery to identify relevant SOF targets and intelligence gaps.
  • Support intelligence production through detailed reporting, product development, data summarization, and analytic coordination with multi‑INT partners.
  • Integrate SIGINT with GEOINT, HUMINT, and all‑source analysis to support SOF targeting, F3EAD processes, and mission planning.
  • Assist with SIGINT policy, procedures, and tradecraft implementation to ensure compliance with DoD and IC standards.
  • Provide SIGINT input into multi-domain operational planning, ISR synchronization discussions, targeting boards, and mission analysis forums.
  • Coordinate SIGINT requirements and analytical collaboration with IC partners, Combatant Commands, and SOF intelligence organizations.
  • Identify SIGINT gaps and recommend collection requirements to improve fidelity of SOF intelligence production.
  • Produce SIGINT summaries, assessments, and analytic briefings for senior leaders.
  • Optional labor may support emerging requirements related to adversarial malign‑influence activities impacting SOF operations.
