About The Position

Amentum is seeking a 352S Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Collection Instructor to support the Huachuca Training & Support Contract (HTASC) at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is a full-time, onsite position where the instructor will play a vital role in training the next generation of intelligence professionals. The role involves learning and executing processes for updating course content to remain current and relevant to Army Transformation, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The instructor must meet NSA standards for access to NSANet.

Requirements

TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance required (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance)
Prior 352S SIGINT Collection Technician in good standing, graduate of WOBC and WOIC or equivalent courses.
Knowledge of SIGINT policies, USSIDs, classification procedures and TECHSIGINT architecture (tactical and national).
8 years of successful experience as a 352S executing or managing authorized intelligence operations.
Knowledge of current policy and doctrine of the 352S MOS, including current changes and fielding of Army Field Manuals (FM), Army Doctrine Publications (ADP), Army Techniques Publications, (ATP) Army Regulations, current NSA Policy, and DoD Directives.
Experience with preparation of staff documents (i.e., SOPs, Intelligence Requirements, training plans, Mission Essential Task List, MOA/MOU), preparing and providing briefings, TECHSIGINT reporting policies and procedures, and collection/exploitation capabilities for COMINT / ELINT / FISINT / PROFORMA.

Experience at the Field Grade Level (CW3 and above)

Responsibilities

Learn and execute the process for identification, development, and validation of POI updates for the courses to remain current, relevant and reflective of Army Transformation.
Develop and maintain working relationships with the required stakeholders and decision makers across USAICoE.
Meet all NSA standards of access and be able to gain access to NSANet.
