About The Position
FASTSIGNS St. Louis Park is hiring a sales-driven consultant to help local businesses develop signage projects that transform and promote their brands. The role involves consultative selling, managing incoming customer inquiries and proactively contacting existing clients, and coordinating with design and production teams to ensure projects are completed to customers’ expectations. It is a fast-paced position requiring multitasking, communication, reliability, and the ability to learn digital workflows and the point-of-sale system. Compensation is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. The franchise offers comprehensive training, paid time off, holiday pay, and a creative work environment.
Requirements
- Sales-minded and motivated by targets and closing sales.
- Comfortable communicating by phone and in person.
- Able to learn the point-of-sale system and manage digital workflows.
- Reliable and ready to work consistently.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers and turn their ideas into professional signage projects.
- Manage walk-ins, phone calls, and email inquiries.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients.
