About The Position

Markon is seeking a SIGDEV Analyst to support an Intelligence Community client in Chantilly, Virginia. This position will provide advanced SIGINT development, collection, analysis, and operational support while designing and supporting complex collection efforts to meet mission objectives. The SIGDEV Analyst will integrate and analyze data, networks, and systems, leverage customer collection capabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders and Intelligence Community partners to address counterintelligence threats and deliver timely, mission-critical intelligence.

Requirements

  • An active TS/SCI with FSP (preferrably from this client) is required to be considered.
  • Proven experience working within the customer organization as a SIGDEV Analyst, providing mission-critical analysis and operational support.
  • Hands-on experience with the customer's proprietary tools, databases, and network environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting SIGINT development, collection, analysis, and operational activities.
  • Subject matter expertise in specialized geographic regions and/or experience managing complex, high-priority projects.
  • Ability to analyze and integrate complex technical and intelligence information to develop actionable insights and strategic guidance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills with the ability to coordinate across project teams, senior leadership, and Intelligence Community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct SIGINT development (SIGDEV), data development, collection, and analysis in support of mission requirements.
  • Design, drive, and support complex collection efforts aligned with project and operational objectives.
  • Prepare and disseminate sensitive, timely intelligence products to appropriate mission stakeholders.
  • Integrate and analyze data, networks, and systems to identify vulnerabilities, technical relationships, and potential risks.
  • Leverage existing customer collection systems, tools, databases, and network environments to support analysis and operational activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address counterintelligence threats.
  • Develop actionable insights from complex technical and intelligence information to support operational decision-making.
  • Coordinate across project teams and mission stakeholders to advance collection and analytical objectives.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to senior leadership in support of mission priorities.
  • Partner with Intelligence Community organizations to coordinate capabilities and deliver mission-focused solutions.
  • Apply specialized regional or mission knowledge to complex, high-priority projects and collection requirements.
